2011 Quiz
The Australian National Chemistry Quiz was held on Thursday 28th July 2011. This year there were 117,812 entries from 1,647 schools. Entries were received from each of the states in Australia and from 15 other countries.

Certificate of Excellence which consists of a certificate and a plaque are awarded to students who scored 100% in the Quiz. There were 184 Awards in 2011.

AWARD OF EXCELLENCE
An Award of Excellence consisting of a plaque was awarded to students for outstanding results. In Australia these plaques and Certificates of Excellence are presented to the winners by chemists who visit the schools and make the presentation. This is a further mechanism for the RACI to promote chemistry and chemists in the high schools.
