The Quiz is a unique chemical education activity. It provides a major focus for secondary school students on the relevance of chemistry in an exciting and stimulating way. Much of the success of the Quiz rests with the teachers who promote and run the Quiz in their schools and the coordinators who help organise the Quiz in their countries. |

We express our appreciation to all the Director Generals of Education for giving permission to run the Australian National Chemistry Quiz in their state or territories and lending their support in promoting chemistry in Government Secondary Schools.

Much of the success of the Australian National Chemistry Quiz depends on the support of the teachers who run the quiz in their schools. In appreciation of their efforts we are developing web based excursions for use as a teaching resource.
